Kooth

Kooth is a service to support young people’s emotional and mental health in Birmingham. You can speak to other young people or a trained counsellor. The new service was successfully launched on 16.4.20 for young people aged 11 up to 25. Kooth is linked into the wider mental health support from Forward Thinking Birmingham - www.kooth.com

Young Minds

Forward Thinking Birmingham (FTB)

Birmingham’s mental health partnership for 0-25 year olds – There are resources to help with mental health concerns and a referral page for if you feel you would like further help - https://www.forwardthinkingbirmingham.org.uk/

Pause (FTB)

open Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 10am – 6pm, Wednesday: 12-8pm, Saturday & Sunday 11am-4pm. As a precaution and in line with national COVID-19 (coronavirus) guidance Pause, our drop-in centre in Digbeth has closed until further notice. To ensure that children, young people and young adults are able to access support trained practitioners will be available by emailing askbeam@childrenssociety.org.uk or calling 0207 841 4470.
